Who are 4C Orgs?
We are experienced educators, and experts in the field of leadership and organisational transformation. Our academic leader Professor Michael Anderson has taught, researched and published in education and transformation for over 20 years, while Co-founder, Dr Miranda Jefferson, has been involved in leading innovation in schools for over 20 years.
Our CEO, Jamie Gerlach, and our team of experienced educational leaders, are experts in deep, embodied learning, focused on the 4C capabilities.
What training packages do you offer?
4C Orgs doesn’t offer off-the-shelf packages of training or professional learning. Our work is more than just skills training.
We tailor professional learning to client needs and capacity, crafting either long-term partnerships or short-term sprints, in the areas of organisational change, leadership development or the creation of learning-centred organisational cultures.
Where are 4C Orgs located?
Our office is located on Cameraygal land, in Warrung (Sydney), Australia.
We conduct professional learning for organisations across Australia and around the world, in-person and online, for individuals, small groups or large.
Who created this methodology?
The 4C approach to organisational transformation and learning was developed by our founders Dr. Miranda Jefferson and Professor Michael Anderson. While the idea of the 4Cs has existed in the educational lexicon for many years, our methodology has been used by organisations, both in and outside of education. It’s informed by both the theory and the real-life practice of the 4Cs principles.
