ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

Leading Learning-Centred Cultures will focus on enabling two of the 4Cs in your organisation: Critical Reflection and Communication. We’ll explore what these two capabilities are, why they’re central to learning-centred cultures and, most importantly, the HOW of generating learning cultures of wise action and co-agency in your context.

You’ll have plenty of opportunity to explicitly apply this learning to an authentic challenge in your organisation, through the creation of an ongoing action inquiry - that is, beyond the workshop, we’ll keep supporting you to make sure you’re seeing benefit from the work you’ll do at this event.
